• Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Conditions for Return: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. All accessories and manuals must be included.

• Non-Returnable Items: Software, downloaded products, or items damaged due to customer misuse.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged.
